• Email: used for authentication and premium status management.
• Conversations and words: stored locally on the user’s device (IndexedDB). No conversation is sent or stored on our servers.
• Payment data: processed exclusively by Lemon Squeezy. Thai Flash does not have access to banking information.
• Usage data: Vercel Analytics may collect anonymized data (country, device type, pages visited) without identifying the user.
• Product analytics (PostHog): if you accept, we collect usage events (for example: pricing views, checkout clicks, login steps) to improve the product and measure conversions.

To provide translation and phonetic transcription features, Thai Flash uses the DeepSeek API (Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd.).

• The text you enter is sent to DeepSeek for translation and phonetic transcription.
• These transmissions are anonymous: no personal information (email, name, IP address) is associated with the conversations. Only the textual content is sent.
• The call to DeepSeek is made from our servers (Next.js API Route), ensuring that your IP address is not shared with DeepSeek.

Use of Data by DeepSeek:

According to DeepSeek’s terms of service, transmitted data may be retained and used by DeepSeek to improve its models. DeepSeek is based in China (Hangzhou). Data may therefore be transferred outside the European Union.
