Terms of Sale – Thai Flash+

These Terms of Sale govern the subscription to the Thai Flash+ premium offer.

• Monthly subscription: €4.99 / month
• Yearly subscription: €49.99 / year
• Prices are subject to change. Subscribers will be notified in advance of any changes.

Payments are secured and processed by Lemon Squeezy. Payment is automatically collected at each billing cycle.

• Monthly: automatically renews each month. Subscribers may cancel at any time from their Lemon Squeezy customer area or by contacting support.
• Yearly: commitment for one year. Cancellation possible at the end of the term. No refund will be issued for cancellation during the term.

No partial or full refunds will be issued for already billed periods, except as required by law (14-day withdrawal period for European consumers, applicable provided the service has not been significantly used).

Premium subscribers receive priority email support (hello@thai-flash.com) with a response within 48 business hours.

In the event of non-payment, access to premium features is suspended until payment is resolved. Data remains accessible, but new saves are limited to the free plan conditions.
