Use of thai-flash.com implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Thai Flash provides Thai translation and phonetic transcription, as well as local conversation storage and a personal dictionary. The service is available in a free version with limitations, or a paid version (Thai Flash+).

Authentication is done via a magic link sent by email. Users are responsible for the security of their email inbox. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

For translation and phonetics features, texts are anonymously transmitted to DeepSeek (see Privacy Policy).

Conversations and words remain stored locally on the user’s device. Thai Flash cannot access this data without the user’s voluntary action (export).

Thai Flash is provided “as is”. The accuracy of translations and phonetic transcriptions is optimized but cannot be guaranteed 100%. Users are solely responsible for their own learning.

These Terms of Service may be modified at any time. The current version is the one accessible online.
